Sometimes antlers are too short or have too much bend to work as a good knife handle but I was able to straighten and extend this one by putting a piece of ironwood in the middle.

Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a uniform fine grain throughout the blade

Stag, brass, copper and carbon fiber handle
Overall length: 8 1/4 inches
Blade: 4 1/2 inches long and about 3/16 inch thick with a distal taper to the point
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
