Model 1 Hunter -- 3-inch, hollow-ground cutting edge and about 7 1/2 inches overall out of 1095. Has removable stag handles and comes with a leather and kydex sheath.

That is highly possible -- I do a lot of "Dao"-style profiles.

Is there anyway you could make some additional handles in G10 or something so you could change it up if you felt like it?
