A close-up view of my little stag camper:

The Best One.

Certainly one of the best but I tend to think this one took that spot.

This one was the last forum knife without a BFC tang stamp. It was the only forum knife to be double stamped with both a Schatt Morgan and Queen tang stamp. Only forum knife to have stamped bolsters. The Stag was donated by a member. Last but not least it was almost the last forum knife to be made. There was so much arguing and disagreements with this one it almost caused the demise of BFC’s longest continuously produced annual knife.

Not to say the Stag Jack wasn’t a beautiful knife, it was in my top 5 forum knives.

You have so much more invested in the forum knives that your perspective is totally different than mine. I only have the knives. You have that plus the process, and all the folks involved in the decisions. I've never gotten to handle what from a distance might change my mind, the first one, the ring opener.
