Although not thought of as "Stag" by some, nevertheless elk antlers are stag. Here's my 2018 Blade Forums Buck with Elk Stag covers. The stag on this knife isn't especially knarly but nice none-the-less. My .02¢ anyway.

He's very approachable. He used to make a few folders for the ICCE which was cancelled due to covid. If he's not taking orders, he may have something on hand from that show.
