Arrived this week, amazed. Many thanks to VCM3 Vince for making this happen, JL has made a very unusual compact type here and I'm all over it: thick matched Stag slabs for ergonomics, first class build & finish, A2 steel blade which is a very distinct straight edge style and does it cut? Does it! some thin Garlic slivers will be getting it into Patina Service. The blade looks a lot like some manner of wing, so I'm calling it The Winger.
