Yeah ... Yeah ... I know ... I know ... I "ruined" the Harness Jack by sharpening and using it, and even worse, let it patina ...
For what it's worth (nada) I've also sharpened and used BF2018. Re-profiled the edges to 10DPS, in fact, so I've no doubt "ruined" it, too.
Apologies, but I don't own a safe and I use all my knives.
