Stag Saturday - Let's See Some Traditional Stag!

The eye catcher of the title of this thread is "Stag Saturday" . If in fact today is Saturday, I've lost a whole week and missed my appointment to get my truck fixed.. Not a big deal in the scope of things but kinda rough on us old guys and gals minds.

When that happens to me ED , I just think about things that go around come around again .

Amazing knife, Jon; I've never seen a 4-blade muskrat before!:cool::cool::thumbsup: Does it have a pattern number, or is it just stamped MUSKRAT like the "normal" Case muskrat pattern? When was it made? Is it some kind of SFO?
(When I saw the blades in your photo, I had a "flashback" to the old war (anti-war is a more accurate description) novel Catch-22 by Heller, in which there's a soldier in the hospital that keeps yelling "I see everything twice!" 🤓)

That oh so over the top rat is the “Texas Rat”, a 2008 SFO for Shepherd Hills. The tang stamp says USA TEX RAT SS. 350 made, 3- 7/8'' inches of overkill 😂.

Thanks for the info, Jon.:cool::thumbsup:
So it's a "Texas Thing"; that explains so much! ;)🤓

Newest arrival from France, came yesterday 😍 Navette is a pattern that's equal-end such as Cigar patterns and looks Zeppelin like:cool: VERY pleased with this one, all stainless, thick Stag (European Red Deer) offering fine handling- pile is rather more characterful, some firework on the spring and blade, nicely finished no gripes.
