BOTH of those stag Dixie stockman knives are sensational!! No "shame" associated with either one, IMHO.

I didn't have any stag knives in my carry rotation this week, but I did pull out this Spanish ciervo navaja de campaña for a photo of a book I read recently.

That looks great with the long bolster and you don’t see many knives with smoothed and polished stag, very cool knife.

I am just sitting here admiring a beautiful knife Will. The stag is well composed, while the blade shape is one of my favorites.

Appreciate it Bob It's a decent lockback with as you can see, a deeply stamped Spear. Stag is Red Deer I think but it's nicely textured and typical of German knives from early c20th to very late c20th. Some have hunting saws as well on this type of frame.
