This is the second knife I have marked M.S.A. Co. GLADESTONE MICH-USA but I can't find out much about this tang stamp.

From 2001 to 2005, Marbles licensed Dave Shirley and The Custom Shoppe LLC to produce M.S.A. pocket knives -- and yours is one of them, from 2003. Excellent pickup!
