I apparently last posted in this thread on November 2; I have no idea why I've been away from one of my favorite threads for the past 6 weeks! o_O

Anyway, this week my rotation schedule happened to assign me 3 knives with stag handles.

Great looking stockman Gary!

Will, that drop point is soooo special!
Thank you Jeff  It's a very early model with strong pull and some might find the low riding blade troublesome to open- but not I, my nails are not of this world....:D Have to say it's no longer MIT unlike its 2 blade cousin, but UIT Used In Tube 🤣 and I don't regret it a bit, nice thick flared Stag slabs make a great handler and the blade is very useful.

Like this very much indeed. Nice use of screw construction (which is a thing dating back to the c19th much as old fogeys would want to believe otherwise  ) and very attractive Stag slabs. Notable too is the impressive line-up between spine & spring, blade opens straight out with no droop or 'cant' to it. Of course, with some patterns/blades this cant is intentional or desirable. Here it is straight superb :cool: Great example.

Could you give us some dimensions and steel please?

Thanks, Will
