  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Incredible!
Thanks Dave!
I wish I knew more about its details. My dad doesn't remember the maker or the type of steel. The blade was supposedly from some old logging equipment, the details have been lost to time. Whatever it is, it's tough stuff... He just picked it up on one of his many adventures 😎
He was always on a motorcycle back before I came around, or his 1974 Dodge Challenger, or his 1978 Ford F150 4x4... Whatever was needed for the occasion.
He still rode a lot after I was born but cut back on the adventure parts after starting a family.
I have a pic of us when I was around two & my dad was holding me looking over the mountain side on a family vacation with him, my mom & me with his old Harley Davidson & a 1978 f150 in the background.
(My dad rode on the bike while I was in the passenger seat in the old Ford with my mom following him going up through the old mountain roads)
Good memories, even though I wasn't old enough to remember. But it's still great to see the pics from back then.

(Edit for added details)
