Stag Saturday - Let's See Some Traditional Stag!

The NKCA list in LGIV calls it a "gunstock" cattle knife. The other blades are a sheepfoot and a spey. The original cost back in 1980 was $21.75.
I like the rounded less pronounced curve on these over the usual gunstock patterns,it has a sleeker look about it.

What a stag extravaganza today!:thumbsup::cool:
Lots of folks have been posting maximal stag, but I'm going minimal stag today - only 1 knife, and you have to search to find the stag on it! 😁

JW225 JW225 and paulhilborn paulhilborn appreciate your kind words gentlemen

Jim, I like the Scagel like pulls on the Northwoods, works well  Some may recall that the 83 I showed went MIA for over 2 years...being found earlier this year underneath a heavy leather armchair (that seldom gets moved for cleaning...🤣) Was overjoyed to find it again, highly dusty and a bit tarnished but soon back in action. The shield inlet is a masterclass set in a deep canyon of antler, or should that be a glen? Whatever, when a prized knife returns from missing it's better than getting a new one for sure.

Thanks, Will
