Boring day, messing around with tabletop snapshots.

Oh my A gorgeous Nikon FM2. I have wanted one of them for about 30 years. I had a couple of FE2's for many years. Wish I still had them. And an Ansel Adams book as well. I do have some of them. But not really his photo books. But his educational books. I have the one on film and one on the darkroom. I used to shoot B&W with some old 4x5 camera's. And then develop and print them. I still have all the equipment. But my 4x5 cameras all have bad shutters and it is not worth fixing them. And I don't have a film camera anymore. Beautiful table top photo you took. Thanks for bringing back memories for me.

Thanks, and you're welcome for the memories. :)

It took me a while to find a nice one for what passes as a decent price today. It will likely replace my F3HP, which needs work. I started shooting film again back in 2024, will do so until the price gets too high. Will settle on color slide and a few negative films once I decide which ones I like best. Decided not to shoot B&W film once current stock is used as I have a Pentax Monochrome digital setup and I really enjoy using it.

Image thread - recycled snap, it's what's out and available if I need to open something today.
