New knife for Stag Saturday. Neat folder by Portuguese knife maker José da Cruz! His signature is a riff on Opinel ringlock w quality knurled brass. Vincent VCM3 VCM3 found this one with a gun dog etch on one side of the blade and stag horn on the other. I couldn’t resist🦌

I've been carrying a couple of stag canoes (among other knives) this week.
Mohawk canoe made in Germany for AG Russell; it looks quite different in sun and shade:
