First off, the sterling silver is from an old cutlery set but India Sambar stag is new, everything else I made. I just cant help but make these as I like to re-cycle. The ferrulle and buttcapp are marked sterling silver. All other fittings are nickel silver. Damascus blade out of 1080 and 15n20. I make my own Damascus. India Sambar stag. Blade length is 9 inches and overall length is 14 1/2 inches. Knife is one of the nicer I have built in a while using. Blade at guard is 1/4 thick with distal taper to tip. Dan I usually don't comment on sale threads, but I always love to see your work show up. This one is no exception - beautiful. I was browsing your website, and you are definitely on my short list of knives to own.
 
I also laid off on the comments a lot, but I am with cloeslaw..I need another knife, like another hole in my head.. But soon... You really can build special works of art...
