Artdeg, you just bought yourself one of the best made custom folders in the world. no shit i have 3 of Todd's folders, most recent of which is also a swayback with Wharnie blade but handles in superb buckeye burl.
besides working perfectly, they have SOUL.
you will find out (unless you already have one). roland

I know I scored one of the finest examples of a sway back. I favor the wharncliffe blade for everyday edc - more uses. It is a user. When Todd gets back from Blade watch out.

Roland, you got that right. I only have two of Todd's folders and couldn't agree more. Once I get my finances in order I hope to get another. Great work Todd. Nice score artdeg!:cool::D

Todd-
While I am patiently waiting delivery of #364 can you tell me about the different wharncliffe blade profiles that you use for the patterns you build. Some of the wharncliffe blades appear thicker than others.
Thanks-

Art,

I do not use patterns on my folders, I just make the knife.
Some of them in the photo's are turned a little, so they make look a little thinner?
All my folder knives are really one of knids.....

This beauty is on it's way to you, enjoy.

Thank you!

Todd

looking at this knife again. at 3 1/2" it's going to be a real little powerhouse worker, 'cause i know how solid Todd's knives are. roland

Todd-
Just picked it up at the USPS. It is all and more what I had expected. Fit, finish, walk and talk are outstanding. The sway back cradles in my palm. The wharncliffe blade is razor sharp. It's cuts paper with little effort. It will be at the top of my edc rotation. Roland I got the fever. Oh the madness!!!
Todd you are a master craftsman. Thank you.
