I see Camillus pattern # 72 whittlers pretty regularly on e-bay; these are 1095, and I don't believe it's particularly hard to find one in unused condition.

I believe that's the pattern for the BSA whittler. Exactly the same except the Boy Scout shield. I got an unused one for cheap off E-bay a year or 2 ago.

It was from Collectorknives.net, actually, that I got this one when looking around for a knife with specs similar to what you listed. A Bulldog brand 3½" swell center whittler, made by Queen Cutlery, with 1095, stag and nickel silver. Unfortunately it was only a 100 piece run from 2008 and I got the last one Mike had. Pretty nice little knife all in all.

I remember when I saw it say sold. Was a sad sad day for me.
