Stainless douk douk edge holding???

I am planing to get couple douk douks in stainless,and was wondering how is their heat treat on stainles.Does anyone have experience with it,will probably get one in 14c28,although they make some models in vg10,n690,and z70cd15.How is their z70cd15,have no idea what steel this is?

I only have one Douk Douk, an EL BARAKA with the CX75 carbon steel blade.

My GUESS is:
They have an excellent reputation to uphold.
Therefore, whatever blade steel is used, it WILL have the appropriate heat treat, and will take and hold an edge "worth" "writing home about."

I have 3 in carbon steel,love them,although rc should be little higher for better edge holding.Am planning to get one in 14c28...their carbon steel takes good edge,but edge holding is mediocre as its way too low on rc.
