stainless kuk?

i guess that means there is no such thing as stainless spring steel then ????
or is there i just thought what about springs an stuff on surgical equipment ???

I'm sure the Kamis would probably use stainless if thats what they had to use and would indeed do a fine job with it. I too have a stainless knife or two and like the fact that they are lower maintenance than the non-stainless blades. Guess I don't worry about the maintenance part with the khuks cause can't leave them alone. They tend to do a real good job so why use something else?
I guess its indeed the handmade craftsmanship that really separates the real khukuris from the kukris(sic). Having seen many of the others I'll stick with HI!
