Im happy to be able to list a few new bars of this stock. Also a few bars of damascus steel cladding and carbon steel core san mai available

That stainless san mai is amazing! How do you get the effect in the stailess of transitioning from stailess to smoky to a bright nickle-like line before moving into the carbon core?
 
Im really digging this stuff,, this is the last of it for a while. But do plan to make more sooner then later

Oh yea. To answer your question. The cloudy look as well as the darkness to the core is directly caused by acid etch.. The blade gets dipped into a bath of ferric and water.. Only takes a few seconds..
