I would like offer you this knife from my workshop. The knife has very good cutting properties. The blade is homemade sandwich from two stainless steel - Ak5Mo (1.4116) and N690 (in the middle).

Blade lenght - 90mm
Blade thickness - 3mm
Lenght of the knife - 210mm

I was making it for a long time, because welding of stainless steel needed a long time for preparation.
