Hello, I have a stainless santoku chefs knife to list. The blade is ground from Nitro-V barstock. It features a flat grind to a thin edge so as to make it a great slicer/cutter/vege "chopper". This knife sports a belt/working finish (some sharpening stone scratches may be visible near the edge). The handle is an octagonal shape and is a sandwich/hidden tang construction. This blade was heat treated by Peters Heat treat in Meadville PA. Comes with a knife case from ace cases
