Stainless steel bolsters Buck 110

A mystery solved.
I think the Duke's frame remained longer as stainless. As the BCCI offered a Heritage series in 2003. You could purchase 1 or all 5 knives of the series.
They had green canvas micarta handles & s30v blades. I purchased the Duke from this set. A magnetic will not adhere to the frame but it will to the blade and lock bar.

I remember that set. Was able to get the 110 but the Duke was already sold out. Good looking series.

300 series stainless is non-magnetic. 400 series stainless is magnetic.

None of the 300 Series were stainless steel. They were all nickel silver.

For what it's worth, these 300 series have (magnetic) stainless steel bolsters.
