Stainless

To do what with it? Also the temps vary according to the alloy but, you need 1850 and up to harden most of it. Jim

I spend most of my time @ 1925F, but many stainless and tool steels will need to go higher. 1800F will get you into the lower heat range of air hardening steels, 2000F will cover many common steels.
