Made to order for me by the Stamascus Knife Co. in 2000-2001. Raindrop blade, ladder bolster, Elephant ivory scales. 4 1/4 inches closed, 7 3/8 open.
Mint, never carried or used, never sharpened after I got it. With original pouch.
Chisel grind, left-handed thumb stud.
I have maintained the ivory over the years with mineral oil, as instructed by Mr. Van Hoy. It has no cracks or defects and has a beautiful amber shade.
Only issue - about half way down the scales, and down to the bottom on each side, the ivory is not quite flush with the bolster. It's very small but can be felt.
Asking $500. Really need to sell this one. Also glad to hear any offers, and willing to possibly take a Northwoods Forest, Fremont, Hawthorn, or Bullet Jack for partial trade.
I will ship fully insured Priority Mail and pay the Paypal fees. Please observe local laws on the sale of ivory.
Thank you for looking, I'll be glad to answer any questions or add photos on request.
First 'I'll take it' posted here gets it, PM for details.
