Stan Shaw Giveaway - WINNER!

I have the book and I think it's best that someone else have a chance... better to spread the appreciation and enjoyment of Stan's work. So this is not an entry but it is a very cool and generous giveaway. I also appreciate the many great photos and stories about Stan that you've shared with us in the forum. :thumbup:

What a cool GAW Jack :thumbup:... a book about Stan and with his signature too - cool - would be a cool addition to the book collection about a special Sheffield master cutler.. I had 5 posts in the Old Knives thread and 12 in the Golden Age of Sheffield thread (can post them all specifically but think it is only one entry per those forums anyway ? ... never had a post about Stan but never felt I had something to add of substance but importantly I always read them with much interest and admiration... and honestly would love a Stan Shaw knife for the collection - when the opportunity arises :)

Not an entry, but this is a wonderful gift that Jack is offering.
Beyond a fascinating story about Stan Shaw's life and his vast cutlery knowledge, the book also covers some interesting information regarding the general Sheffield knife industry.
My thanks to Jack for a previous copy of the book.
