Lets try 120.00 shipped, fellows you won't find a better custom knife for the money.I enjoy deer hunting and fixed blade knives. Unfortunately fixed blades and portable climbing stands don't always work well together, anybody thats done any hunting knows this. You ease around in your stand for a better shot and that fixed blade clanks against the stand ruining your hunt and day. I design these knives to be compact and ride high so they tuck away neatly under your jacket . The sheath covers most of the knife leaving only enough open for getting the knife out. This year the stand hunter is a drop point design with a slight recurve. The handle is compact and smaller, I put a pinky groove for your small finger to lay in making the handle full size and comfortable for average size hands. Here are the specs"

Steel- Aldo's 1084 X 3/16
Heat treat- In house
Finish- Machine finish
AOL- 8 inches
Blade- 3 1/2 inches
Handle- just shy of 4 inches
Scales- Forrest Green G10
Sheath- RH pouch style made for and fittied to this blade
Questions or comments welcomed
Asking 135.00 shipped in the USA or Canada
Paypal, USPS M/O, or Certified Check preferred
Thanks for looking

Oh yeah!!! Thats a knife right there!! Nice bro, guys and hunters alike ! Better snatch these up!

I just received my first knife from Joe. If you don't already know his work then you need to grab this knife. Outstanding craftsman.

Joe:

I've had the same issues happen with my knife while deer hunting - great design there Joe!

Ditto that MajorD......

Great knives and Joe's attention to detail is amazing. I also wish that this knife would sell.....catch's my eye everytime I log on. I like the idea of making the sheath ride a bit high, for many reasons. We don't stand hunt here, but this sheath would fit my huntin' style very well. Then I'd have matching "high riders". My underwear after about a mile of bushwackin' and this sheath.......:D:D.

I've already got one of Joe's that will accompany me to elk camp mid-week, but I'm taking a few others as well 'cuz I'm all about helpin' others out with these beasts....especially with all the new knives I've acquired lately. A bit of a "new toy" thing.......;). Used a "Backwoods" knife on a recent large bodied blacktail buck and it did a fine job on that.

Nice to be able to try out different makers knives on different animals.

Great job Joe...........as usual!

Joe does some really nice work and this is a nice package for the price he is asking . This knife will do the work it was designed for , no questions asked .

Thanks Aldo,
I appreciate what you do as well, the selection of steel you stock for knife makers is the best around and quality is never an issue.

Hi Steve, responded to your email, thanks I believe you will enjoy this knife and find that it can handle many different chores.
