SOLD
“Standard” Bowie, Forged 1095, English Walnut handle, Stainless steel guard/pin/lanyard hole liner. Blade has a convex edge, sharp clip, and is differentially heat treated with visible temperline. A good Bowie for the woods, very simple and effective cutter. The blade is .350 thick at ricasso with moderate distal taper to me a very well balanced Bowie.

Price is $595, with Rowe sheath and soft case, paypal or USPS money order.

Thanks!! Matt

Matt,

Your up to again Bro!!! Is it a knife or sharpened pry bar. Just kidden, them fatty's are OK by me. Smoken!!!

well you could definitely use it for what ever you want, its sure enough stout. Kept this one real simple, basic, no crazy hamon just a nice simple American "temperline"!
Understated piece of English Walnut from Dan Toelke, some stainless, and what started as a chunk of 8" x 1-5/8" 1095.

If it dont sell im not going to cry, as it will be on my side in the woods.

Hey Russ, it will be in the mail to Anchorage tomorrow. I talked to Matt and I'm going to see if he will make me one of those big choppers like you have.

Matt, thank you for the Bowie!

thanks all, should be in AK by monday. I really like working with the thicker stock, gives alot more control in final balance etc... and just feels "right" in a big Bowie.

Matt,

It's here already! Wow, it's a beast but surprisingly light in hand for such a fatty blade. RUSSMO, let me know when you're back in town and I will show it to you.
