Standoffs from Blur into ZT 0350?

Found a Blur to take apart and measure. Gonna take it apart at the shop tomorrow and mic the the standoffs.
@NeverMore-those standoffs wouldnt look bad on a 0350SW!

Let me know how far I was off :p

I was about to order some of those standoffs for my 350SW, but will wait until you report back on actual width.

NeverMore-correct at 5/32. We measured .153 to .154 on a couple. So aftermarket standoffs will work. Almost same length, maybe .2 longer (.156). OD-same as well, Blur's slightly bigger by .015. So order in bulk and send your friends in Texas a few to try out!

my stock plastic back spacer on my 0350 started to get deformed from use. I think it should come like this from the factory. looks way better IMHO

I would like to see this deformed backspacer! Thats the first I ever heard of one.

I agree with you I would like to see it come this way too. I believe they would have to redesign the inside of it though or make it thicker to hide the tortion bar.

I'm hoping the 0350 backspacer fits into the blur?

I Highly doubt it would! But will be interested to see what someone comes up with to make it fit!
I never really considered it'd help the centering, was going for the looks. That'll be a bonus, if it works, for sure.

It doesn't necessarilly help with centering. Centering has more to do with the way the liners line up (parallel) and tension of the screws.

Does this effect the weight at all? it certainly improves the looks.

You'll never notice ;)

The spacer on the 0350 is made up of plastic, it warped with pressure from being in pocket or disfigured over time with disassembly. in other words the plastic squishes if you over tighten the back spacer screws. or they did over time with my 0350. I don't have a camera but you can't see it with the naked eye, just when the knife is assembled the blade rubs on the non lock. i put in blur spacers and it is centered it seems to have more of a tolerance on mine. vs the stock squished spacer, thats just my mileage yours may differ. also i tried everything to get it back to center before I put in the blur standoffs, the paper trick. pushing up or down on the handles opposite ways to get it back in favor of the lock side. until I tried the blur standoffs it was way off center. again, your results may differ.

I'm assuming he left it out and converted into a manual flipper. Works just fine like that.

Looks like he did what I did with mine, just left it in. There is the slot in the liner for it to slide on so it works great, you just have a small amount of t-bar hanging out . I suppose you could trim it up a little bit, but I don't really care on mine.
