Were Stanley Proto Knives made by Camillus?

Camillus made a short lived line of knives for Stanley. Not sure about the Proto thing though!

Those are not the knives Camillus made for Stanley. The ones Camillus made had a black pebble texture handle on them. I'm pretty sure the ones on that site are imports.

I was given that particular knife just recently by my job. Both the knife and pouch are marked "USA".
