This is interesting. I sent payment to Vern on 12/27 about 1 hour after Chris per PM's as well. What's up Vern? Have not heard back from you since that exchange.

I never was able to send PP. When I tried, PP said the recipient could not accept $. I have never run into that before, but it did set off an alarm bell in my head. I followed up with two PMs to the OP and neither has been answered. At this point, I am passing on this as it is just not worth taking a chance for me, even if it is only $19.

He emailed and then payed right away... Never received any other
emails or I missed it... If I missed it im Sorry...No red flags here !
But the card went to ptradeco....
