Starbucks cup as PSK.

I stopped at Starbucks for a donut, I don't drink coffee, PERIOD. I saw their mug for sale that has a removable bottom that accesses six compartments for coffee pouches. http://www.starbucksstore.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=193772 I am wondering if this could be a cool PSK that you can still drink out? It seems sturdy and it's $17.00. Tell me what you think.

Seems kinda cool. It'd be even cooler if the inside cup was single-walled stainless, so you could boil water in it, but I don't imagine Starbucks had that in mind when they came up with it.

Not sure if I'd pay $17 for it, but it's a neat idea. Really, are ya gonna carry around a 10oz cup anywhere you might need some survival stuff?

Tha's a clever idea. Maybe cool for a morning hike sipping your Joe and you get hurt or something. but If you're out in the backwoods backpacking I can't see this being the drinking implement of choice. Plus if you are inclined to carry survival items in a kit, I think the chances of having one are greater if you had a dedicated pocketable container that goes from pocket to pocket than a mug.
