C Ben Susrool (they really do! ) was no slouch himself. Excellent communications, and an all-around nice guy to boot. I was particularly impressed by the fact that not only did he send a money order the same day we struck a deal, he also sent it via Priority Mail. That was a courtesy both unexpected and greatly appreciated!
