Includes everything that came with the ring - certificate of authenticity, metal warranty card, velvet pouch, and the plastic bag that Monkey Edge mailed it all in.
1/20/2013 is the date on the plastic bag that came from Monkey Edge.
This has been worn quite a lot, but shows little wear and tear. A couple dings on the surface, I tried to take as good of pictures as I could to show any.
