Starlingear Limited Edition Mickster bead from March 2013.
Retailed for $295, but I'm asking $200 SOLD paypal shipped priority fully insured.
Comes with signed card.
Has been carried and has a few character marks to show for it, but then again, what Irish guy doesn't?
Everybody is a bit Irish in March right? The new Mickster Starlingear design is a whole new look on the iconic Slickster skull. Now sporting a beard and chops, he is wearing a copper patina green top hat with the lucky four leaf clover in the band. This design is being produced for March of 2013 only and will not be produced again!
About Copper Starlingear: Copper, while cheaper as a material than silver, is exponentially harder to cast and has a very large loss rate during the process. That means that a large number of those hand cleaned and inspected wax pieces are lost. Copper is an almost organic material and that is part of the coolness. Each piece has its own look and will age and patina over time.
About Starlingear Two Part Beads: The Starlingear bi-metal beads are truly a labor of love. While already known for their multi-stage tumbling and finishing process, these beads are literally finished three times with a final hand applied high polish to bring out the character of the metals. Each hat is precision hand soldered to the head and each one is a unique, handcrafted, piece.
