New, with both, Description and Warranty Cards.
Dimensions:
The height of the pendant, with the loop fully extended, is approxiamately 1 5/8" tall, and the width and length are both approxiamately 3/4".
Beautifully custom made and obviously quite rare, but too much bling for me.
