Wow man, straight out of van Gogh's mind...those scales are ridiculous!! BTW - I just received my bird-n-trout today, my 1st BC knife, and I got it for $110 nonetheless! I absolutely love it, it's a freaking light saber of course, and I'm surprised at how light it is...and how comfortable the handle is. I figured for your "bargain" model, you wouldn't pay so much attention to the finer points....I should have known better - thanks again for the great knife - and somebody buy this one, you will love it!

Thanks for the gracious comments.
I am glad that you received your knife and that you are pleased with it.

Someone seriously grab this one. I got the original one in 3v its a mean mean cutter. Just stripped an beheaded and delimbed an elk. 20 passes on a strop and its a lightsaber. For woodwork it just digs in there. Deep!

Thanks. I love hearing about the knives I make doing work.

Really cool, haven't seen something quite like that before, also happens to be my favorite painting
