Wickedly wonderful start to the New Year...thanks Yangdu for lighting the Khuk skyrocket for 2009! :D

Happy New Year to all.

Can we say SOLID.................1/2'' Thick and 49 OZ!!!!
This be a "Gravity-Assisted" Khuk!
(At least on the down-stroke!)
:)
I really Like the White Metal mountings.....

"Some people regard private enterprise as a predatory tiger to be shot. Others look on it as a cow they can milk. Not enough people see it as a healthy horse, pulling a sturdy wagon." Winston Churchill

I love the looks of it, but i'm not a big enough guy for that one.
That thar be the jolly green giants khuk.
Who made the darn thing?....and how big does he think we are?

Man, 21" and 1/2" thick? I'd love that thing.

I've come to the conclusion that Yangdu is an agent of Karma, maybe even Fate.

Ever notice the feeding frenzy at Christmas time? And then she brings out the REALLY good stuff after Christmas when all your money is gone?

Patience Grasshopper, patience.

Ten chandra Samsher Khukuri found a nice home, thank you

A great khuk for a great guy! :D  Glad too see your finances improve!

Thanks Yvsa!:) The feeling is mutual. I have learned more from you and your posts than I can say. Plus I just like the way you think.
As far as finances, not really better but, as Uncle Bill would say "Debt is Good".

Yangdu,
Thanks also! I look forward to this khuk alot. There is something about it that appeals to me deeply. The shape and angle of the blade. Nice point, yet a good belly. No habaki bolster, and the way the blade edge ends at the Cho with a small swelling swoop is great. I'm in love!
Report and pictures to follow when the khuk arrives!:D
