Just got started on a pattern I’ve never done. It’s a half-whittler with a clip blade and my razorbeak blade. One knife will have Giraffe and the other will have atlas stag scales. Stainless steel liners, bolsters and ATS-34 blade steel or maybe 440C. I haven’t decided on adding a my arrowhead shield yet.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks for the work in progress.
Shields are always fun. One maker does arrowheads made from silver coins.
Can you tell us the origin story of the razor beak blade?
B brownshoe The razor beak has the characteristics of a coping , sheep's foot and a warncliffe blade. Maybe a hawkbill. I was thinking of a good design for a working utility blade. I think the perfect knife to accommodate the blade is the Barlow. The two just seem to fit. Especially with a liner lock. My son David came up with the name. Thanks for the work in progress.
