Stash Knife !!!!

Hey Pitdog - on your advice I just went out and baught one of these guys this morning. So far I like it. Good call - $23 CDN at wallmart.

If I'm not mistaken, this Buck is made in China. A heads-up for those that care.

Doc

Yeah you're right Doc, but for a $20 knife to throw in my PSK I don't care.My son has one of the small Buck folders that are made in China and I know that the edge holding is as good as most other knives I have used !

Hey Pitdog, I hope you don't consider this a thread hijack. Thought I'd post a pic of this little knife in the hand. Feels good. Sheath makes the knife way too bulky for its size though. I think Normark is about to be pestered by me again.

I too have one of those Diamondback Guides. It is a decent quality knife, and mine takes a lot of abuse. It has yet to fail. It's actually pretty handy sized, and is also a nice loan-out knife. It's also sheeple friendly enough to not draw attention if it happens to be on your belt when you pop into, say, a hardware store.

I received a $15 savings card from Cabelas. I was going to use it on line to order some knives. While on their website I noticed that they are offering the Buck Diamondback for $7.49 if anyone is interested in getting one.

EDIT: They have them in 3.25" and 4.25". They are listed under folding knives for some odd reason. I just ordered one of each. Thanks Pitdog, kgd!

i have one and i broke the tip using it as a prybar. 20 minutes after breaking the tip i fixed it and it is better that new. i bought the knife for 14 dollars and love it .
