Stashed Knives... Where do your other knives live?

I've also got a Tactical Wheelbarrow. It's 'urban camouflage' with a handsome rust patina, and the genuine rubber grips are generously jimped for ultimate traction. The solid rubber wheel defies nails and ninja caltrops, and is fixed with a very loose (the uneducated may say 'sloppy') tolerance to give you a zig-zag pattern to your forward momentum (awesome for dodging gunfire whilst gardening.) Load distribution is deceptively off-balance, ensuring that you are ejected over the handles in the event of a catastrophic emergency...

That was too funny!! Thanx I needed that

funny this should come up. I have a couple of "bags/tackle boxes" to keep the most in but I tend to pick one for the activity (say a grip in the vest pocket for a walk) and then........ "so light that you just forget its there til you ned it". Yeah, well today I put on a coat that I hadnt worn since last spring and Ta Dah there is a present. A knife Id forgoten about or maybe looked everywhere for is suddenly present. KInd of like the old joke (not so funny at my age) of the aldshiemers patient hiding their own easter eggs. Maybe i should get one of those tactical wheel thingies too

Now where is that pink izula????

I have some knife rolls for my folders, fixed blades go in pistol cases. They all get stashed in the safe with the guns and other valuables.

Lets see...

  • A Case Desk Knife (small fixed blade that rests in a flat-sided desk sheath) on my computer desk.
  • A Victorinox Swiss Champ SAK that sits in the drawer of the table next to my bed.
  • An old 1st gen Gerber multi-tool in a drawer in my kitchen.
  • A new Letherman Crunch in the saddlebag of my motorcycle.
  • Another Leatherman Crunch in the consol of my SUV.
  • A Mora Craftline in the emergency bag in the back of my SUV.
  • A Leatherman Squirt in a pocket of my camera bag
  • A Leatherman Micra on the keychain for my SUV.
  • Another Leatheman Micra on the keychain for my motorcycle.
  • A Victorinox One-Hand Trekker in my Daypack
I think that covers most of my "stash" knives. ;)

Bahaha
Wow a Tactical Wheelbarrow??!! I have to have one of those!! Is it all flat black with surrated edges and a puncture proof wheel? and it has to have USMC printed on the side... cuz It aint tactical if it dosn't have that.

 Don't forget the (insert your choice of steel) barrow, and most definitely the rims :D

I usually keep a knife in every room just so I'll always have on handy when I need something cut. For the rest, they sit in a little three-tier tupperware container. Top is for knives. Middle is for flashlights and keychain tools. Third is for spare batteries and chargers, as well as miscellaneous sharpening tools.

It's held up well so far.
