I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Eddie Chiarini from Dallas TX on Ebay.
I purchased a Silver Bar from Eddie on 9/9. He described it as brand new and that it had no flaws. Everything went as expected until I received the bar on 9/19. Upon getting the bar I noticed there were multiple flaws with it. The bar had tarnish all over, multiple cracks, "casting" marks on the sides, and the serial number rubbed off.
I contacted Eddie a total of three times (starting 9/21) with regard to the issues with the bar with no response until 9/25. He outright refused to do anything about the bar leaving me no choice but to contact Ebay. I filed a case with Ebay which Eddie again refused to respond to for a few days. Instead of trying to work it out he escalated directly to Ebay. Not surprisingly, the case was ruled against him. That's when I started getting messages from him that ranged from just plain rude to outright crazy (I will post these later.)

On 10/2 @7:53PM, I sent the bar back. I am being purposely specific with dates here as it'll be important later. The tracking number is 1Z2301029097792267 if anyone would like to confirm.
I didn't think anything of the message until I got the following from him on 10/8:
At this point, I contacted Ebay as I did not appreciate the profanity not the random threats. Given that I considered the matter closed, I didn't care to engage with him and informed him of the report with Ebay.
Since then, this guy has tried everything under the sun to try and defraud me of the money. He's insisted to Ebay that the box I sent him was empty. This is obviously impossible as 1: I sent the bar back 2: UPS weighs packages and it came out to around 16oz (silver bar plus packaging materials.) He's also taken to posting my address details in Ebay feedback (a clear violation of Ebay's policies that is going to be reported shortly.)
Anyhow, I wake up this morning to find this degenerate has registered a name here and left me a negative feedback. I've reported the feedback and await the mods action on this (we have pretty good mods here so no issue there.) That said, stay clear of this guy as he is a scam artist, a belligerent fool, and likely requires serious mental help.
I am considering having my Houston office look into this but in the meantime I thought I'd share this with the forum.
I will be posting our communication thread after work as I believe it will take ALOT Of editing as this guy can't seem to write anything without dropping the F-bomb every 3 words.
