Just recieved what I thought was an unused. when I got it the whole thing was heavily buffed, 10% blade wear on the master, and the sheepsfoot was so far buffed I can't get my finger in the nail nick.Thang god I'm only out a twenty. Think it's worth the twenty to give this guy a real bad feedback?

HI, I have a treat for you small three blade Stockman pattern pocket knife fans, made by the Ka-Bar Cutlery Company Olean,New York. This little beauty measures just 2 5/8" in the closed position and features a beautiful black Bone or a Black hard Composition handle.I say it that away, because Ka-Bar used both during this time period and as hard as I look,I just can't honestly be sure which one it is.I'm leaning more toward the hard black Composition though.Looking at it with a glass I just noticed what may be a stress crack that I can not see without the glass and it my just be a scratch, because even with the glass it looks more like a scratch rather than a crack.I tried to crop a picture up close for you,but it just gets very blurred. One thing for sure it doesn't take away from the knife, because you can't even see it without the glass or at least I can't and I don't ware reading glasses. It has the old type Nickle & Silver Bar type inlay Shield. The blades have a new knife opening and closing snap and have zero lateral movement at the open position and I do mean zero! The bolsters and pins are Nickle & Silver while the liners are Brass. It's very easy to tell that the knife has not been used much if any, because it's a very solid little pocket knife and doesn't show any ware. The jigging on the handles are not pocket worn in the least. There is some light pitting and age Patina on the blades and back springs, but not bad as you can see in the pictures.the tang stamp is Ka-Bar U.S.A. I can not see any numbers or Olean on the knife either, but according to my book on Antique Pocket Knives and Razors by J.Bruce Voyles 1990 edition Ka-Bar used this particular stamp from 1923 until 1950.Some times it depends on what book you read, because I have found in some cases where two books may have it listed entirely different, but I'm pretty sure that this knife was made then.I have had this knife for over 25 years and have been very proud of it so I think that you will be too.It has been part of my small pocket knife collection that I have been listing and will continue to list. Some are the older Case knives,1970 back to the XX era. Thanks for looking and have a Great Day!
( I have other vintage knives listed Thanks!)"
