But it was inherent safe practices that kept everyone outta the fire lanes until "clear" was called. I didn't actually witness the khuka-pult, no limb loss, no foul right?
. I did see the bel t break, and RR's always present safety glasses paid fer themselves a hundred times over.
After being there less than an hour, I could tell everyone was well versed in weapon/tool etiquette and safe practices, and could relax (soo much easier when everyone's on the same page!)
When I got home, I figured there'd be at least a few fingerprints on my blades, but I could not find a single one on any piece! Talk about knife savvy and etiquette!
At a couple points in the day, we all had our stuff scattered about, and still everything found its way back to the owners, no worse for wear.
You're all stand-up guys in my book, and if any of you come out to/thru Indy, you have a place to crash and recoup. I extend to you all Guest Rights. It would be my honor to host ye!
