This is a projest I am very excited about. I want to produce more kitchen wear than I do now so this is a great start. These will be handled in a light cherry wood with an oil finish.

the above wood should darken with oil and time just like the 0-1 Thats part of the fun of natural materials. I am hoping that the lighter cherry will have subtle variations in the pattern wich will have a nice classy feel I think next to fine china or a camp fire!!!

Steel is 0-1 and a full flat grind will make this nasty slicers!

*the knife in the center picture on the far right of that picture is my soon to be medium chefs knife with a matching brother of 7" blade!

Thanks for looking.

Sorry man, their not steak knives, thats going to be a set of med. duty field knives.

Can I get that set with a left hand, light brown pouch sheath.:D

this shows the steak knife, small 5" chopper, larger 7 1/2" chopper.

I drew up a pairing knife on break today that I think will work with these
B~
