Steak Knife vs Cultellus?

I have used, abused, and loved my Culti, I even have three different sheaths for it. But I prefer the Steak Knife 100% more, feels better in my hands, and the Elmax is amazing.

I've used my steak knife a good bit. I wouldn't call it abuse, but I cape with it. You're constantly against bone or antler working around the horns, and the elmax holds up well. I would call it a very good caping knife. It would be a great caping knife if it were choilless.

I would definitely be in for an INFI choilless 3.5 steak knife.

Huge fan of the steak knife handle, but prefer the belly of the cultie... put them tother and you would have a real winner.

Have you used and abused the steak knife?

I wouldn't say I have abused the knife, that I save for my battle mistress. The knife has been used hard, I always carry it when ever it is socially acceptable. In fact I like the steak knife so much, I own two, and will buy a third when Jerry offers them again. I would appreciate a green linen handle.

The Cultellus and Steak knife are both nice knives, but I prefer the Steak knife – the .090" thick hollow ground Elmax blade is a great slicer!
