This is a set of 4 OD Green Orwell Knives.
They were designed for steak and kitchen use but have been used everywhere!
Material is Bohler M390 heat treated to 62 Rc
Blades have been tumbled in porcelain media for HIGH POLISH (won't scratch easy)
They are 8.5" Overall, with a 4.5" blade. .110" thick at the spine, .007 behind the edge
Blades come hair popping sharp right out of the box.
The edges are holding very well, I have cut many steaks and have yet to resharpen or hone.
Blades are fitting in about 95% of steak slots on traditional knife blocks.
Fasteners are removable, handles pop off if you ever need to really give them a deep clean.

Yes this Set is available to ship immediately.
Shipping to Stockholm will be $25 if you do not require my standard packaging. I can actually get all 4 to fit in a small USPS flat rate box.
If you do want the standard packaging, we will need to go to a Medium Flat rate, shipping is $45 USD.
