Forged from Aldo's 1084, full flat grind, edge quench, 600g finish with light etch. Blade is a full 1/4" thick in the spine for 2/3 of the length, but tapers down to a razor edge and needle point. The composite rubber handle serves the same purpose as the Hogue grips on the 1911. They're shock absorbers and will not slip when wet for a 100% grip. Heavy over all, but balances at the first finger. Custom leather right hand carry sheath.

Butch-Yeah, little different style, but had to step outa the "box" for a change. Did one similar for a customer to his spec's, he liked it, so thought doing some more might be fun. Keep those super hawks a coming!
