some really good looking folders there. It took me a second to notice the flipper on one. I was looking for the auto release.

Thanks Eduard and thanks to all or the words.
I cut with a 30mm face mill in my milling machine. I usually left 1,5 to 2 mm thick walls, depending the height of the lock. After that i finish it inside manually with sandpaper and wood stick.
 
I really enjoy the sculptural or almost architectural quality of how the lines flow in your designs. It's really engrossing just staring at these images and how the light plays in the facets. I think they look particularly interesting closed as that's when the grind lines of the blade truly make sense and unify the pieces for me.
