Steel Hearts are Bloody Awesome

TFHT, I seem to remember that butt form somewhere. I'm glad you did not grind the butt of the BM-e!

Happy Thanksgiving.

It took some time but finally I grab my first NMFSH! What a piece of INFI!!! I can’t wait to try this monster in the woods. And with Active Duty it will be definitely combo which is hard to beat.

Well, not exactly Steel Hearts, but here it is. Steel Heart, Birds Beak Steel Heart, and whatever that one is. Some mutant mix Steel Heart / Battle Mistress predecessor, and a presentation Battle Mistress.

I posted these in David Brown's SH thread... but, that thread was kind of him showing his stuff. Added again here, since it's more of a community thread. 👌

I scored the first Steel Heart 1 a little while back, some details here.
OAL: 12”
Blade: approx 6-3/4”
Thick: 0.250”

A secret Santa sent me some (later) dog tags to go along with it! 🤘🏼

Here’s a Heart you won’t see every day.
It’s a one off, made by Jerry, for a special (female) HOG… The Sweet Heart

Blade Length: approx 5-1/4”
OAL: 9-3/4”
Thick: 0.179”

The darker one is a little different. Jerry said it may have been a prototype.
What’s different…
- parkerized after sharpening
- handle slabs
- choil
- plunge line arc, it terminates just at the front of thumb depression

Handle shape / plunge line termination on the parkerized one is kind of similar to the Sweet Heart (bottom)…
